1. Scope of this notice
This notice describes the current GoldInvest demonstration, not a live financial service. There are no real payment, account authentication, gold custody or investment services connected. It is not a substitute for a production privacy policy or legal review.
2. Information entered in the demo
The app lets you enter sample profile details, recipient searches, transaction references and sample files. These actions update temporary interface state. Never enter real passwords, identity documents, bank details, cryptocurrency private keys or payment card information.
3. Temporary app records
GoldInvest app records, including balances, trades, investment actions, review requests and profile preferences, are held in memory during your current visit. Navigating between demo pages shares that state. A full reload resets it. This does not mean that hosting or third-party services keep no technical logs.
4. Sample files and receipts
File selectors are for demonstrating document and payment-review screens. There is no persistent document storage service connected. Use sample files only. Downloaded receipts are generated demo records; any copy saved to your device remains under your control.
5. Hosting and external services
Your browser contacts the website hosting service to load this app and Google Fonts to load typefaces. Those services may process technical information such as IP address, request details and browser information under their own policies. Their retention, analytics and cookie settings have not been verified for this demonstration.
6. Payments and security settings
Displayed payment destinations, PIN checks, password updates, two-factor settings and session controls are simulations. They do not provide live payment processing or real account security. Do not send money to demo addresses or rely on demo settings to protect an account.
7. Your choices
Use fictional information, avoid sensitive uploads, and reload or close the app when finished. You can remove downloaded demo receipts from your device. Clearing browser data does not delete any logs held by hosting or external providers.
8. Before a production launch
A live service must identify its legal operator and privacy contact, establish lawful processing purposes, provider agreements, retention rules and applicable rights procedures. These operator details have not been supplied, so this demo does not claim a privacy request process or regulatory compliance.
